Rules & Regulations

  • Axcel Cleaning Specialists provide very professional & customized services according to individual requirements of all clients. Unlike other agencies, we serve clients personally and take extra effort to check with all our clients on our cleaning services (e.g. cleaners' attendance & areas to improve) and we also do counselling if necessary. We stress on good harmonious relationships with all our clients.
  • Axcel Cleaning Specialists help clients to source legal, local & PR part-time cleaners for all houses and offices. We cater long, short-term, ad-hoc, pre move-in, post move-out or spring cleaning services to suit all our clients' individual needs. 
  • In order to save time and cost for all clients, they need to prioritize their jobs according to importance e.g. Cleaning of rooms, toilets, kitchens, all windows, cleaning cupboard & drawers, etc. Any OT will be charged accordingly @ $15/hour.
  • Employers are reminded to lock up all their valuables like jewellery, antiques and important documents especially when they intend to leave the keys to the cleaner. This is to prevent any unnecessary temptation, loss or damages.
  • Clients are reminded not to bypass by negotiating any price or give new job directly to our cleaners without our knowledge & approval as we have sign agreement with all our cleaners. Your respectable & kind co-operation is very much appreciated.
  • Clients can be assured of very minimal "no show up" because we could understand the inconvenience and frustrations that the client will face. Any absenteeism, please call or SMS Dorothy to get a replacement ASAP on same day or another available day on the same week.
  • No cleaning of lamps or fans mountd on High Ceiling & Window External due to height danger
  • We are not liable for any injuries or to compensate for any damaged items to any clients and/or contracting parties caused by any cleaner  (e.g antiques, glasswares, vases, water fixtures, lightings, furnitures, electrical appliances, carpet, burnt clothings etc.)
  • If any client skip consequtive 2 weeks or more (e.g. vacation, renovation, etc), extra 1X $20 to $30 will apply when he/she resume the cleaning service. However, we allow you to reschedule your cleaning to another day of the week without additional fee.

*Advance payment once per month or twice per month(1st & 2nd Half of each month) by bank transfer or Cheque, avoid cash to any cleaner.
